1. Controller

2. Collection and processing of personal data

We process personal data you provide when making an enquiry (such as your name, email address, company name and location) exclusively to handle your enquiry and provide our services. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / steps prior to entering into a contract).

3. Hosting and third parties

This website is served through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA); Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Technically necessary connection and request data, such as IP address, time and requested address, are processed when pages are delivered and forms are used. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for provider information. Payments are processed through Stripe; you enter payment information in its checkout.

3.b. Optional translation

The German and English versions of our core pages are served directly by this website. For additional languages, you can explicitly select Google Translate. Only after that selection does your browser load the Google service and connect to Google. Google may process connection data and translated page content and store language settings. See Google’s privacy policy. Use is voluntary; the German and English versions remain available without this service.

3.a. Audience measurement (Plausible Analytics)

We use Plausible Analytics to analyse website use (cookieless tracking, without storing IP addresses or personal data). Only anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (such as page views, referrers and device types) are collected, without identifying individual visitors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving our services). Consent is therefore not required.

3.c. Demo chat (pakunai.de/handwerk/demo/)

On the page /handwerk/demo/ you can try an AI assistant with a fictitious example business. Its only purpose is to demonstrate our AI call protection. Your messages and the summary generated from them are transmitted via Cloudflare to our own server, stored there and deleted automatically after 7 days at the latest. To prevent abuse we limit the number of messages per session, per day and per connection (rate limiting); for this the IP address is stored only as a salted hash that changes daily, never in plain text. Answers are generated by a language model via Ollama’s cloud service (a provider based in the USA); your input is processed in the USA for this purpose. There is no data processing agreement with this provider. As a fallback, a language model on our own server may answer. Please therefore do not enter any real personal data (no real names, phone numbers, addresses or health information). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in demonstrating our services to prospective customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Use is voluntary.

4. Email communication

We use Resend for email delivery and related delivery events; our mailboxes are processed through Zoho. Depending on the sending method, opening and click events may be recorded. These technical events are not treated as confirmed buying interest. If you do not wish to receive further outreach, please reply or contact info@pakunai.de. Your objection will be recorded as a contact block.

5. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Please send requests to info@pakunai.de.

6. Cookies

The German and English pages served directly do not require a translation cookie. If you voluntarily use Google Translate or proceed to Stripe checkout, those providers may use their own storage technologies. The Plausible audience measurement used here is configured without tracking cookies.
